I had my oil changed and my car started leaking. I went back and they told me the car had a mechanical problem and there was nothing they could do to fix it. I went to Toyota and the Toyota guys found the filter o-ring was installed wrong. The Toyota guys fixed it. No more oil leaks.
Their customer service is unmatched! I rolled my car into the stall since the lights were flickering and my battery light came on. As I parked, my car died- they said it was the alternator and they wouldn’t be able to fix it there, but they offered to charge it so I could make it safely to a nearby mechanic. My car was NOT taking a charge but they were so quick to help me, that almost everyone in the service center had tried to offer their help in some way. Dillanger was great! Someone give this kid a raise. He was able to inspect my vehicle and educate me on my vehicle safety and maintenance providing me peace of mind. Very much appreciated.
