Ironically, it looks like after all the other reviews on here it’s a good thing I never got an oil change here. I showed up at 6:31pm (they close at 7) for an oil change. The guy waddles over to let me know they stop doing oil changes at 6:30pm. I said well a minute over and nobody else is here, maybe you could double check with your manager and fit me in?? Nope. Never coming back here.
I scheduled an oil change appointment in advance and arrived on time, expecting the service to take around 20–30 minutes, which is standard at most quick-service locations especially with an appointment. Save yourself a headache. First time going here- waited literally 45 mins to see if they could put a new tire on only to be told I need an appointment. Only 1 Hispanic male running the counter with no one waiting. Could have told me right off I need an appointment. Second time- pulled up for an oil change, not one car in the bays, 15 minutes of waiting while the 5 men in the shop just looked at me, I told them I need an oil change. Never again will I purchase tires or get an oil change from Walmart. I have a flat tire but they have a 3 hour wait just to look at it ... And I can't schedule a time for them to look at it...
