Never again will I purchase tires or get an oil change from Walmart.
This Autocare Center has to be the worst in their network. It needs a total management overhaul!
The experience I had at Walmart Saratoga tonight was ridiculous! I went in with my car and was planning on putting conventional oil in it, Carlos came over and told me that due to their policies he has to put full synthetic in my car which is understandable but the customer should decide what’s best for their money situation (mind you I’ve always taken my cars to them and I’ve never had a problem with putting conventional in my car. Get what you pay for. I followed their scheduling system like they asked, showed up early, and they told me to come back in 45 min. An hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, they STARTED. Still one of the better prices you'll find, but my mistake to expect it'd be top notch service
