Never again will I purchase tires or get an oil change from Walmart. I have a flat tire but they have a 3 hour wait just to look at it ... And I can't schedule a time for them to look at it...

I brought the tire to the service department to have it installed on the rim, planning to leave it so they could complete the job at their convenience. Cheap oil Changes, but they stripped a head off a screw on my skid plate while doing the change and didn’t say a word to me about it. Mistakes happen but not taking accountability is unacceptable.
The wait was ridiculous! Went in at 9 for a tire change. Tires were already bought they just had to install them. There was an issue with the rims being “luxury” and they did not have the right equipment for it. My husband had to go to autozone to buy new bolts. Up to this point I understand. Once he arrived with the right equipment we had to wait about 30 min in line just for him to tell them he had material and they could continue.
