Wonderful experience at this location! Angel was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to assist. He was careful to set proper expectations when I arrived. I came in after work at 630pm. Angel greeted me with a smile, ready to assist. When I advised that there was a hole in a tire that was purchased at the Riverton location, and it needed to be patched, he said, “Yes, we can certainly do that…although we do close in 30 minutes and there are several cars being worked on, so we may not be able to do it today.” I fully understood that... read more
Super rude, horrible experience. Online you make an appointment for an hour slot (see my screenshot). My wife went in at 8:45, during our reservation a lot of 8:30-9:30am. Trent was super rude and said she was late, refused to do our oil change and berated her.
4 open bays yet they can't change my oil till tomorrow.
Never again will I purchase tires or get an oil change from Walmart.
