I had a really disappointing experience at this location after being a customer for years. I came in for a flat tire and to replace my tire pressure sensors. I had purchased all four tires from this same shop just under year ago, along with the additional warranty coverage they recommend. After checking in and waiting about an hour, I was told they “weren’t sure” the sensors would work on my car and that I needed to replace all my tires because the tread was worn out. Only waited 5 minutes to start the oil change service. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The service lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. Check out and payment took 15 minutes more. A very pleasant experience.
Santiago did a marvelous job at figuring out why my car was shaking after a fuel injection treatment. There was nothing wrong with the car, just a connection to a spark plug which was fixed. Had I gone elsewhere this would have cost lost of $$ . Great service, good people.
Service started nearly 2 hours after I checked in despite there only being 3 cars ahead of me. Once service finally began, I could see that after a while my car was no longer in the garage so I assumed they completed it. I asked about it but was told that if I never got a text message then its not done. 45 minutes after receiving a message saying service had begun, I decided to ask about it again. This service center is top-notch. I came in for a tire rotation and balance, and Eduardo took care of me from check-in. He updated my information and recommended a headlight restoration; I wish I had a before photo because they were really brown and hazy. He did an excellent job making a 10 year-old headlight look new. The overall experience was great and timely. The Service Manager was also very friendly. I highly recommend making an appointment so they can anticipate your arrival. They’ll take great care of you.
