Had a unique experience at the Auto Care Center today. First huge shout out to Tony and Miguel. Went way above and beyond to help me. My husband ordered tires online for our Audi e-tron. The tires that come when the vehicle in brand new were run flat tires (we did not know that). Tony informed me that Walmart tire center does not have the equipment to change tires that are run flats. I had a really great experience. I showed up and a guy named Douglas helped me out. My car was in and out faster than I could get my groceries. I had an oil change and a new battery put in. Great fast service. Quite convenient. Customer Service was tiptop.
Great experience at Walmart Automotive yesterday! The Team lead Andrew was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took care of my car needs efficiently Thanks, Andrew! Highly recommend his service!
Poor service, understaffed. Very slow, impossible to pay for the service at the end. Had to wait 30 minutes to pay for the oil change adding to their long lead time. Even after going outside to talk to the manager (Manny) he brushed me off. I will not be coming here ever again.
