The customer service at this location is by far the worst of any Walmart Auto center that I have ever used. The unprofessional attitude of all the employees working in this department is beyond compare. This is the last time I will frequent this location and will go out of my way to avoid coming here again.
The auto care center has good price. They are very nice people. and they work so fast.
Everytime I have had great service.. only there is a shortage of help ... Only a few times it was difficult to get immediate help... But you know everyone was busy., Great value and a few moments is ok.. great prices on tires and batteries with warranties.... Check out the wiper blades.. half price of your Auto parts store.. ... Who wouldn't want to shop for your car here...
I had ordered a set of Yokohama tires for me truck, scheduled an installation date and time for the following week, and was notified 30-something minutes before the appointment (7 a.m.) that the tires were delayed. Shortly after I received another email saying the order was outright canceled. When I called the Walmart auto care center the representative seemed clueless as I described my situation. Do not go there if you like your car. When I picked up my car there was no oil in the engine. They drained the oil and forgot to put new oil. If I did not realize and came back for them to fix their mistake before leaving for highway my engine would be totaled right now.
