Customer service is terrible. My husband was in line for 20-30mins today without even being help, looked over for other customers. DO BETTER
If I could give a negative star I would. Appointment for an oil change, was made for 0830. I did arrive at 0834. I waited in line until 0900. At 1100 my truck was still in the bay. The front desk lady just stared at me with the dumbest look on her face when I asked why it’s taking so long and when my truck would be ready. Stay away if you value your time at all. Absolute trash!!!!!
Had a tire blow out on me coming home from work. Service writer Ricky and Team Lead Wayne helped me out in a pinch when I would not be able to drive. They stayed past closing time and provided top quality care. Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone
Pretty irritated after getting an oil change. They’re supposed to top off liquids, as described in their “included in” description, nothing was topped off, I still have alerts on my dashboard. No idea if they just didn’t do some of them or any of them. Been getting oil changed here and tires for several years and I don’t think I can trust a place that cuts corners and completely neglects paid for services. Finding a new place.
I had an 8am appointment scheduled, the car didn’t get moved into ever. Bridgette highly combative and incapable of working with the public. Staff are highly untrained and misrepresent what is going on to the customer. If you cannot fulfill an apt be honest don’t waste my time or your time. At this point the only reason I am coming here is that I paid for the warranty for the tires upon check out.
