The first tech at the counter was helpful, he helped us find a battery at another store nearby, and gave us a jump to get there. Amazing and i wish I had gotten his name. There's an employee at the location called Cory, he was not helpful when we returned to ask if the battery could be installed. Although my car needs tires and an oil change, I'll be going to another company. I would not trust that person with my keys or my car.

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to have my tire evaluated as it was frequently loosing air. I was told that they do not schedule appointments for this and to come in first thing tomorrow morning. I arrived just before they opened the next day. I walked in with my 3 yr old in tow and checked in at the desk. After an hour had passed, a text notified me that they were starting my car service.
