Wayne, Travis & Ryan were absolutely amazing! I came in near the end of business hours & needed an oil change before my oncology appointment at Duke Monday. They not only were very nice, they did an amazing job & got my oil change half an hour before closing! Such an incredible team!
Came for an oil change, new wipers, a headlight restoration, and a new cabin air filter. Service was great and the team was excellent. Special shout out to Travis for making my 2017 headlights look brand new again!
I can’t say enough great things about this auto center. My husband ran over a metal plate in the road and the tire went flat. After a highway tire change we knew we would quickly need new tires. We called the Cameron location and spoke to Wayne who was friendly and knowledgeable and told me to come on even though it was close to closing time. I've come in twice to get tires in the past 2 weeks. First was the rear tires. 2hrs it took them to do 2 tires when I was here 15 min before my appointment. They removed my bolt in valve stems and replaced with rubber. Who does that? They're 10 ply tires on a service truck. Here I am today. I was here at 645am for a 7am appointment to have the front 2 tires put on. It's now 856am. 4 hours for 4 tires! No excuse, just lazy employees! Customer service is terrible. My husband was in line for 20-30mins today without even being help, looked over for other customers. DO BETTER
