absolutely horrible service. My tire was leaking and almost went flat on the way to Walmart (it was the closest place I could go) I had all three of my small children with me as my husband was at work and they had an hour until closing. I was begging them to help me because, again, I have all 3 small kids, the tire was almost flat when I got there, and I was terrified it would blow while I was driving home. Put on new tires a few days ago. The technician was new and still training, we all have been there. Vehicle vibrates at 65 mph do I am back to get it checked. Everyone is so helpful and just sitting and listening to the customer service lady is a joy. She is so helpful to everyone. The tire issue…this is not the first time I’ve had issues with new tire from lots of places. Live long enough you will see lots of things. Thanks for looking out Walmart and good luck to any new trainee anywhere.
Employees are friendly & knowledgeable
They were very detailed oriented. They were very happy to help me and I was very happy to be there to get my tires. It was a great experience
