I recently had tires done at the Cameron Auto Care Center. I am just getting over a recent migraine and I really didn't get a chance to look at my wife's car until couple days ago. Well, they couldn't get lug nuts off on the one wheel, so I told them to just put the tire in the trunk. Today I removed said lug nuts myself in less than an hour. Called 1.5 before closing to see if I could get one tire changed and literally heard him tell the tech what time it was and heard him say no I don’t want to do it and honestly that is sorry as hell. Do better.
Bridgette is amazing. She was very helpful with getting a replacement tire when I had a flat. I can tell she really cares about her customers. I only came to Walmart because my dealership quoted me over $300 for one tire. Bridgette was able to help me find something much more adorable. I will definitely come back
Despite the high stress environment, the rap at the front desk, exhibits, amazing, professionalism, politeness, calmness, and understanding I am beyond impressed with the Representatives work. She deserves a raise.
Great service exchanging a car battery. The only thing ,only one person to handle all of the customers. The equipment to check the battery at the desk ,malfunctioned so it had to go to the back . About 15 minutes. But I had other shopping to do . I Don't understand the short staff situation.
