I had the best experience with Wayne at the auto center and just had to share. First of all, I ordered the wrong tires for my truck. I didn't even know I did until I received a call from the shop. I appreciated the extra detail of catching that and having me come in and rectify the situation. Not only did Wayne help navigate the 2 orders while they were at different stages, he was able to cancel, refund, AND take the time to prorate the tires through the warranty process. I have used this tire center since the store opened i had an issue one time with an oil change ( the tech didnt put the oil cap back on) but they made it right have not had any tire battery or other issues since

I completely understand why this place has a 2.9 star rating. Honestly, after my experience, I’m surprised it is even that high. I came in for a simple oil change. I was told I had to wait because I did not have an appointment, which was fine. I had no problem waiting. But after sitting there for about 50 minutes, the lady at the front desk told me, “You should go to AutoZone and buy an oil filter.” I asked why, and she said it was because they were out of stock.
