I have used this tire center since the store opened i had an issue one time with an oil change ( the tech didnt put the oil cap back on) but they made it right have not had any tire battery or other issues since
I completely understand why this place has a 2.9 star rating. Honestly, after my experience, I’m surprised it is even that high. I came in for a simple oil change. I was told I had to wait because I did not have an appointment, which was fine. I had no problem waiting. But after sitting there for about 50 minutes, the lady at the front desk told me, “You should go to AutoZone and buy an oil filter.” I asked why, and she said it was because they were out of stock. Service isn't bad but they're horrifically understaffed. Need to be a minimum of three people at the register at all times, there is typically one. You'll wait in line for at least 30-60 minutes.
Wayne, Travis & Ryan were absolutely amazing! I came in near the end of business hours & needed an oil change before my oncology appointment at Duke Monday. They not only were very nice, they did an amazing job & got my oil change half an hour before closing! Such an incredible team!
Came for an oil change, new wipers, a headlight restoration, and a new cabin air filter. Service was great and the team was excellent. Special shout out to Travis for making my 2017 headlights look brand new again!
