The worst service of any auto center I ever been to… they make you wait in your car on line as they work on each car… you can’t simply drop your car off. Very slow and unprofessional service.
Worst experience 8 bays but only seeing two cars at a time ordered 4 tires only got three wasted time to be told to go to tire kingdom we’ll never service a car at a Walmart again you get the service you pay for I guess
If I could give 1/2 a star I would. The organization at the auto center is horrible. Even when I made an appointment, I still waited over an hour. By then we left and went to tire kingdom and got seen right away.
Employees don't have any car knowledge
Last time I do business at the auto shop in Walmart in poinciana. Purchased my tires as I normally would booked my appointment to get them mounted as I normally do. And the rude new manager who apparently has no manners on treating customers comes out to me very rude and says I don’t care if the previous managers allowed to have employees to mount the tires on your car but im the new manager and you have to take your car somewhere else.
