They are horrible. The broke my lug nut on my car. They told me they had 4 of my tire I drive up to find out they have 3 tires. Not to mention some of them have an attitude issue. I was lied to and said they do not do appointments then the next day I go in and was told we have 2 appointments before you. That It would be awhile before we get to yours....
Let me first off this is my 2nd time having the same tires replaced on my car the first 2 a belt broke and the tire last maybe 2-3 months and the other tire the toms came on before I left the parking lot I never went back to have it fixed so when I went in the 2nd time to have the tires replaced I said I ain't worried about let's just get it done anyway they get the tires replaced and upon bill out I am being told I am being charged anther $24.00 for lifetime balance and rotate I was not told before the tire were installed t... read more
Went in this morning and needed a tire. The guy told me it would be an hr tops. It was over an hr til they even pulled my car in the garage. And I even had the tire off my car already before I got there. Ridiculous
