The service manager and his manager are completely unreasonable. We ordered and paid for tires online, the tires arrived early which was great. We called and asked if they could be installed today instead of the day of appointment and was told yes. Drove an hour to have tires installed, 3 hours (yes 3 hours later for 4 tires to be installed) we were told there was an additional charge of 80.66 due to getting the tires installed early not at scheduled time. There was a customer vaping inside the store, reported it to a worker named Rob, he dismissed my concern without addressing it.
went to get my tires changed & the guy I spoke with was really helpful. But when I got my Camaro back, all 4 wheels were damaged in the process. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your wheels damaged, I should’ve known when I got there and saw a worker drop a wheel on its face right off the car after he got the bolts off. They do not care about your vehicle as they should. Stay away if you drive a nicer car.

I if could leave a NO star review I would buy this is the 3rd time I've had problems after my Oil is changed & they remove the screws for the Skid Plate & they lose the screws‼️ After the 2nd time I bought a BRAND NEW Skid plate. Now October 9, 2024 I got another Oil change & it happened again‼️ Now my Skid Plate is hanging again WITHOUT the screws in it because they lost some again‼️ This is ridiculous service & I will NEVER have my Oil changed there ever again. Now I will have to waste money purchasing ANOTHER entire Skid ... read more
