Very dry customer service. She was dry over the phone and when I came in. If you don't want to be here or answer the phone with a positive attitude stay home. If I had not purchased my tires from here I wouldn't have even come.
I had a very poor experience with the Auto Care Center at Walmart in Florence, SC, and I would urge management to address this seriously. I came in for a simple flat tire repair while traveling. After waiting nearly two hours, I was informed that the technician had damaged my tire beyond repair during service. While the store acknowledged the damage and offered a free replacement, they installed a completely different brand (Goodyear) instead of the original Kumho tires on my vehicle. They lazy, walked in at 430 on a sunday for an oil change then proceeds to say “oh were out of oil filters for that car” mind you close they close at 7 and it wasnt busy whatsoever
Cliff & David stayed open later just to make sure my tire got patched. 🛞 That’s kindness in action. 🤗 Thank y’all for treating me so well. ☺️
Had tires i wanted in stock and no wait to get in to put on. Crew was great replaced bad tpm sensors too
