Checked my car in at 3:04 for a nail in my tire. They had me patched up and back on the road by 3:30. Everyone I talked to and who assisted me was so nice as well!
Was given bad information regarding tire installation. I spoke with 4 different individuals over the course of two days. With the exception of Jeremy, who stepped up to the plate, the other staff I spoke to have exceeded the Peter Principle threshhold, and are in posititions that exceed their abilities to perform competently.
Jeremy E. was pretty much alone handling the counter, the phone, and all the customers two days in a row when he helped me, and he did a fantastic job with what I needed and all the other customers. Can’t recommend him enough! I hope he gets a raise and/or more help because of how hard he works!
