They ruined the thread on the my cars drain plug and bent the oil pan.
A great experience. Had appointment to get tires installed. Everything was on time, got status notifications. Team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Work was done well.
Checked my car in at 3:04 for a nail in my tire. They had me patched up and back on the road by 3:30. Everyone I talked to and who assisted me was so nice as well!
Was given bad information regarding tire installation. I spoke with 4 different individuals over the course of two days. With the exception of Jeremy, who stepped up to the plate, the other staff I spoke to have exceeded the Peter Principle threshhold, and are in posititions that exceed their abilities to perform competently.
