Discovered a nail in my tire at around 630 pm and had the road hazard warranty so i stopped by the Booth Rd location because I was close to it at the time. I arrived at 638 pm and one tech in the bay tried to talk me into coming back tomorrow but that wasn't an option. Outside of this one technician trying to avoid the work the experience was outstanding. Quick and Professional oil change service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Great store. Great people and ALWAYS stocked.
The team tries hard. As a repeat customer, it seems they do pretty good at overall customer care. I typically will get tires mounted and balanced. In my half dozen times I've had service there I only had one issue with a mounted the tire backwards.... Where the rotation of the tire was actually put on in reverse. They must not have noticed it was a directional tire. All in all pretty satisfied. They will add road hazard fees by default. I don't find value and these add-on fees. Very Lazy auto workers including the manager. Black girl with braids at the desk was very nasty and rude. 4 employees there and no cars no one offered to come outside to help look at my car tire size I was about to purchase 4 new tires. I left took my money else where!
