Went in for a routine oil change, not for the first time. I left after it was completed, only to later notice an odor. I popped the hood, which normally stays up without even needing the latch, but now suddenly it wouldn't stay up. I'm thinking--that's weird, guess I'll actually have to use the hood's bar today... I'm lookong for it, but my latch bar is gone! Idk what they did back there, but damaging my car and removing part of it for an OIL CHANGE?
