I'm blown away at the awesome service I received at this Walmart auto center. I live in T or C & our auto center is pretty pathetic. I needed new tires & decided to try this Walmart in Las Cruces while I was visiting for an event. Amanda was awesome. Car was done on time. Whole atmosphere was chill. And tires are great! A great experience from start to finish! Thank you very much!

Llegue 10:30Am y metieron mi vehículo a cambiarle los dos neumáticos de alante y al rato me llaman para decirme que no podían aflojar los pernos que me fuera a otro lugar a solucionar eso y luego volver, ok fui y lo hice y cuando volví me dijeron que tenía que comprar los pernos nuevos por seguridad ya que los viejos no podían colocarlos nuevamente y me fui a autozone a comprar los pernos y volví y ya había una fila de carros esperando y no me dieron prioridad ya que estuve aquí temprano y aquí sigo esperando mi turno a las ... read more
They are expensive... I haven't used their services for a few years now... They don't always get to you for service even if you have an appointment... They forgot to tighten my drain plug a couple times... They have damaged my brother's vehicle twice... A majority of people I know that have had service conducted here will not return...
This is the most fantastic Walmart I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at! Great selection of everything, loved the grocery, toys, and crafts departments. Plus their Auto Care Services are excellent, as is the kindness of employees. I had so much trouble with my prescriptions until I switched to WalMart Pharmacy. They keep track of my medications, contact my Doctor, if necessary, and they have a great helpful attitude. They are very informative. I've spoken with a couple of the Pharmacists and they were extremely helpful.... read more
