Got rejected the first time for not having an appointment and when I made it, I got rejected again and told me to go to the supercenter in Walton instead which they gladly helped me right away and even explained and showed me what they were doing.
Second time since moving to Las Cruces to attempt to use auto center at Riconada store. Both time amazingly bad. First occasion was after having new TPS senors installed less than a week later all four bad, auto center said they could than twenty minutes later their weren’t able to do anything there. Next time scheduled oil change , showed up on time and was told four cars ahead of me , also with appointments. Not sure why they take appointments, but would recommend just going elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.
Thank you Miguel in auto care for the great customer service you provided fixing all my issues from other Walmarts in las cruces I highly recommend everyone come to 4601
easy access nice facilities good prices
Expect to wait longer if victor is working. He’ll make conversation and help other customers and leave your vehicle sitting. Your time doesn’t matter to him
