Literally the worst auto shop I’ve ever been to. Took them 2 hours to tell me they lost my oil cap, blamed it on the previous walmart auto and claimed they had no obligation to make it right and refused to do the oil change unless I went to Oreilly and got a new oil cap myself. They said it would spill oil all over the engine otherwise. By that logic my engine should have been covered in oil when I arrived right 🤔? Some real geniuses. Do not recommend. The service is so bad and so are the tires. The tires lasted 2 months before they started to go flat. Not to mention the bad service we received they took a long time to put them on just for them to be bad.
Beware, Walmart does not honor the roadside coverage. Even with the receipt in hand, they’ll lie about it not being included or it “expiring” after a few months. Video record it next time and let it become a lawsuit.
