Very poor customer service employees really hate their jobs working not friendly at all
Mechanics either forgot to put on the oil filler cap or they incorrectly put it on then it fell off. Either way we are stuck here for Christmas, unavailable to go anywhere until Saturday when I can get the part delivered
I came here Monday for an oil change and waited almost 2 hours and by Saturday my oil spilled onto the street. I called the location multiple times and nobody answers. I had to go somewhere else today because they left the drain plug loose and most of my oil spilled out.
