Called to try to buy tires and got message saaying they're experiencing high call volume and I'm welcome to shop online. Called Palmdale only to get the exact same message. Clearly they don't want my money so I'll find my $700+ tires elsewhere.
Very poor customer service employees really hate their jobs working not friendly at all
Mechanics either forgot to put on the oil filler cap or they incorrectly put it on then it fell off. Either way we are stuck here for Christmas, unavailable to go anywhere until Saturday when I can get the part delivered
