I called to see if there were any openings for an oil change, and the employee told me the wait would probably be about an hour. I said okay and asked if I could schedule an appointment for the next day instead. He asked what time I wanted, and I said 3:30. Just went to patch my tire, waited 2 hours, after 45 minutes I asked for an estimate on how much longer, and Tammy ignored me to answer a phone that started ringing after she had acknowledged me at the desk, waited 8 minutes for her to get off the phone, then she was nothing but rude, talking to me like I’m stupid for wanting to know how long I should expect to wait, if I could leave and come back. I had a nail in my tire and luckily saw that my tire was low right as I was passing Walmart so I pulled in and Demario H. helped me immediately and was super nice and helpful! They got me in and out within 20 mins. He was able to patch the hole so I didn’t have to get a new tire! THANK YOU Demario!! If you need any car service ask for Demario!!
