I was very satisfied with the work I received from them today 6/16. Me and my husband had been in the day before to get the auxiliary battery replaced on my van. They didn't have the product but told me if I got one they'd be happy to replace it. So I went back into today 6/16 and Jordan and the manager went above and beyond for me. They had to go to a dealership for the bolt they needed! Thank you all so much for everything you did today! Murieka
Great value? Who hired the child to work in the bay Ttech drew on the tires and did NOT balance them as requested. Then the crew lied to me about it. Took car to discount tires and 2 tires were not balanced.
That was bad. Who hired a child to work in the bay? Drew on the tires? Took 3 hrs to get tires rotated and balanced. Im still pretty sure they didn't balance them.
Walmart Auto Centers are a joke. They never answer the phone when you call and when you are there you will spend half the day there for simple fixes. On top of all this they NEVER answer the phone when calling in for time frames and services. Discount Tire will have my service from now.
Needed two back tires, went in and they took two hours to do them. I used to work at a tire shop and it shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes. After paying 300 bucks for the cheapest tires they didn’t even bother putting my donut back where it belongs, just threw it in the back. Don’t come here if you need tires lol
