I've been getting my tires and oil changes here and I want to say despite the times staffing is short or service times run longer than expected, these guys have a lot to deal with and do their best. I'm happy with the service they provide because the price is impossible to beat. It's clear they get a lot of business and that brings complaints. Brought a simple little 2007 Acura in to have a set of new tires mounted and balanced. Management called a couple hours after dropping off to inform me that my vehicle can not be lifted off the ground by them to mount the tires. "Not adapted to their lift".This is very concerning because, we'll, it is a tire shop. They can not lift Acuras or Hondas, same chassis due to their equipment not being capable. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, kind, & efficient. I came in right at close with a dead battery and the manager and two employees ready to leave still took the time to help me find what I needed and even installed so I could get home safely. Thank you! Will definitely be back for other services!
I was very satisfied with the work I received from them today 6/16. Me and my husband had been in the day before to get the auxiliary battery replaced on my van. They didn't have the product but told me if I got one they'd be happy to replace it. So I went back into today 6/16 and Jordan and the manager went above and beyond for me. They had to go to a dealership for the bolt they needed! Thank you all so much for everything you did today! Murieka
