If I could give a zero I would. I bought my tiers online and prepaid for my service. When I got there and they started to work on my car they snapped a bolt and stated that they could not fix it and would not put the new tires on. They stated I need to take my car over to VIP and pay 200 bucks to them to fix it. I have been fighting for 2 weeks to get my money back and when I talked to Walmart today they stated they would not cover the 200 dollars to fix what they broke. I recently ordered new tires to be installed at Brewer Walmart. Shortly after leaving, my tire light came on so I headed back that way. None of my tires had been inflated with the same PSI of air. When I parked and was getting ready to go ask them to correct this, I was informed by an employee to go to “one of the tire places down the road or Lowe’s free air pump” because the team was busy. After just paying 900$ for tires and service, I find this to be an unacceptable response.
