Fast efficient service. And the price was right.
Scheduled appointment online and it was automatically cancelled. No worries, I rescheduled it for the following time slot. Wasn’t able to make it, so I rescheduled for a later time, same date. I show up an hour early and it took about 30 minutes to check-in. A woman named Roseann/Roseanna finally came outside to greet about 4-5 of us waiting. First visit looked great until they could not find my car?? Deciding to come back and yea worse place & the workers are pretty much sloth slow. Took alma 30 min to let the line of cars know it will be “hours” because of appointments… which she asked and not one of us where appointments! She replied with “Hours” wait🫠 Mind you my car was first in line… With the reviews I see they just worthless everyday not just on weekends.
well I have to say I'm leaving a little disappointed! The reason I came here was because they advertise if u buy a new battery they will install it for free , which they will BUT not for batteries that are positioned in the trunk ! My boyfriend usually does this kinda stuff for me but has cancer and wants to do it but definitely can not .
Everyone was willing to help. Service was quick and easy!
