Waited nearly 3 hours for a tire plug. When I got there only one car was in front of me in the tire bay. It was an unacceptable and absurd wait for a tire plug.
Mr Terry was great. he was friendly and helpful and was patient. If you don't want to wait forever like I've read some reviews saying then scheduling is your best option! Overall we are happy with our experience. Took like 25ish mins to get our tire replaced. Thanks!
