Service manager is a joke. Couldn't even look up tires. Said i need to look them up on line. Had no idea what load range was or how to filter search for them. He was plain out lazy.
Dropped off my car and was waiting in the store. I was told an hour and I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. An employee dropped of their car about 45 minutes after me and his car was done in 30 minutes when he was told 2 hours because there were 3 cars before him (including mine). Why was his car prioritized over a customer. I also has an appointment and he did not. Definitely don't plan to bring my car back here. The Pit Boys down the road does a better job faster, sadly they couldn't get me in today so I came here. Such a wai... read more
