Order tires there and come 26 miles to get them put on and they cancel my appointment when I got there
We had a scheduled appointment this morning at 8am for 4 new tires. The red-head at the desk named Tiffany was rude, not only to us but still sitting here waiting I observed her customer service skills on others and she's not kind whatsoever, rather arrogant actually. I'm not sure why you schedule appointments? Said it would take an hour to hour and a half- I see why- you never pulled our truck in until 9:30! 🤬 People with 9am appointments are cashing out, walk-ins are cashing out 🤔 Management issues?! Do better FFS!
