I brought my used car that I just bought a week ago in for an oil change and tire repair and balancing as noted on our paperwork on Wednesday 11/26. On our way home, directly from the auto care center, our car started swaying heavily and almost flipped. My husband was able to pull to the side of the road, and only one tire had weights that we came in with. The auto center used to be a competitive and convenient option versus other franchises. Now they’ve switched to appointment style service. I just wanted to get my tire looked at and the employees didn’t want to add to the work load and wanted to set up an appointment for a service that would’ve taken 20 minutes max. Tires Plus took care of me instead.
If I could give this place a negative Stars I would give it -5 Stars. Every time I come to this Walmart they never can fit me in for an oil change. Even though their website says walk-ins are welcome walk-ins are definitely not I repeat not welcome at this location. The attitude from the people inside the store to the employees working in the bay are less than friendly. I got my oil change. First, I love that you can schedule it. They were very quick. It was great service.
Shifty service, rude technicians, and they wont even put the tires that you want on your vehicle, even if its the only size tires that will physically fit on your car.
