The new kid tried his best trying to replace my battery quick but the long haired guy kept telling him he needed to put it in a different dock and he can't use his tools but doesn't show him where the tools he can use are. I checked in 15min earlier than my appointment and had to wait till an hour AFTER my appointment to finally get work done on it.
The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Cashier did not speak a word, was not friendly.
Not the fastest service but it is super convenient if you are shopping on top of getting the car done.
