Took my car for a set of tires and an oil change of which they scheduled 4 hours apart so I cancelled the oil change... I kept the tire appointment, I should have known better but anyway I finally get someone to talk to me, they get all the information and I go inside to shop. An HOUR later they call me saying they can't get the lugs off and want me to take it somewhere else get them loosened and then drive it back and they will then "work me in where they can" ! Had to get a tire replaced fast to catch a flight and the team got me right in and got me taken care of quick. Very polite, professional and thorough!!
Jackie doesn't listen to a word you say. When I went to management about it, they blew me off. I also called an hour in advance to make my appointment and not one person checked to see if they had the oil I needed, but assured me it was fine. Manager also blew me off about that. If I could give zero stars, I 100% would.
None of the staff communicate with each other at all and super unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend going there. Was told they were short staffed one day and to come in the next morning for an oil change. Asked if I had to make an appointment and was told I didn’t have to. Show up there right when they open trying to get oil change before work and was told by someone at the desk that I needed to make an appointment.
