I had two of my tires replaced today and everything went smoothly. I’m satisfied with the service I received, but your employee Chris was very rude. He generally had a harsh attitude and even threw the tracking tag across the desk toward me. I understand everyone can have a tough day, but emotional control and professionalism are important.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT WALMART! Was in a hurry to get an oil change so like a fool I went to Walmart, was in and out in about 45min. 2 days later I get a check engine light and started to sound funny when starting up. Took to the dealership to get checked out and the tech comes out and says "I see you recently got your oil changed at Walmart.... " Yea I did... and?
