Check in was slow, but service techs did a good job replacing my tires and TPS.
Couldn’t put a tire on my rim that took like 10 mins to do instead they told us they didn’t have time
The team is friendly and helpful. Got my tires installed quick and effective. For some bad rater, please remember this is just a maintenance service, not mechanic shop. Then please dont expect them to know everything.
came here for a simple oil change, my appt was at 5:30, i got here at 5:20, and it's currently 7:30 and they still aren't done. i've asked about it twice and both times they told me "it'll be done soon". this is ridiculous and im very disappointed.
was here yesterday for a balance and rotation for 2.5 hours. And they didn’t do it or anything else! They said because one of the tires for sure needed 2 be swapped but they said they couldnt bc no managers there for adjusting. And another was also recommended to be done as well. They assured me they would call me today AND have me come in. No one did. had to come in because otherwise my grandma would be driving around on a tire that was ready to blow out. Came in today.
