Sterling is the service Department manager and is first class. He needs to teach personal service. My daughter was home from Mississippi and had a blow out and needed to replace 2 tires. The lady that checks your car in is the rudest customer service employee I have ever dealt with. My daughter even over heard her say “ Someone is going to get cursed out” to the other employee.
