One of the better places and people in walmart. Friendly and knowledgeable.
They accidentally broke off the oil plug when they were doing the oil change so they couldn't do it. They paid for the tow to a repair shop and they paid for the mechanic to repair the car and do an oil change. I appreciate them.
The absolute worst the customer service is terrible these guys are in there scamming. I purchased 2 tires $56 each once they where installed my bill came up to basically $200 what the hell did they do that cost me this much? Management really needs to look into what these idiots are doing back there unsupervised who's in charge back there? I specifically asked them to put the new tires on the front which any professional tire tech would do, put the tires with the most tread on the axle that powers the car. I called to see if my tires were in stock and they were so I drove to this location to get my tires replaced. The man that checked me in WILLIAM H was so incredibly rude. He told me to follow him Inside so that he could check me in and get it going and I told him to please give me one second because I had to take my baby out and put him in his stroller.
