Left my Mercedes here to get a set of new tires installed but they said the lug nuts were torqued too tight for their machines, but worse yet, I didn't get any message or call to notify me that the car was ready for pickup, which would've allowed me time to take it somewhere else. All around, terrible service.
Brought in the car for an oil change. Oil starts leaking from my car there after. They won’t take responsibility for it. It cost me over 1k to fix the issue that started right after visiting Walmart.
I think it needs to be posted someplace that they highly recommend you have an appointment for everything. From windshield wipers replaced, oil changes to tire rotation. So many people have to wait hours because they don't have an appointment. It's very frustrating.
Luis at the automotive checkout counter has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this Walmart entirely. He argued with me when I requested for a refund and continue to argue with me as I try to explain why I needed a refund. The manager came over and confirmed that I did require a refund. Luis continued to say to me that he doesn't even want to help me anymore because he claims that he saw I rolled my eyes.
