Never again it takes more than 2 hours for an oil change and after it done my car was smelled like some spray for day long. Never go back there again.
Almost 2 hours to patch a tire. They took the wheel off and the car sat in the bay with no tire for an hour, not being touched. Go somewhere else if you can to pay less and get patched in 5 minutes. Wasted our entire morning plans.
What is the point of making an appointment if your made to wait for service.
Left my Mercedes here to get a set of new tires installed but they said the lug nuts were torqued too tight for their machines, but worse yet, I didn't get any message or call to notify me that the car was ready for pickup, which would've allowed me time to take it somewhere else. All around, terrible service.
Brought in the car for an oil change. Oil starts leaking from my car there after. They won’t take responsibility for it. It cost me over 1k to fix the issue that started right after visiting Walmart.
