Great service I went here on 1-28 to get a new battery in my car installed bc I had a warranty, and I went to Autozone to get it checked and they said to come to Walmart and I rushed right over here! I think it took longer to get my keys and car than It did for the service but overall great experience
Pretty slow service and all the people around it is bad at customer service, seems like you made a casting for hiring grumpy people. It is pretty bad to go and need to tolerate their faces like of they were doing you a favor.
Auto dept cant get doors open until 25 min after opening time. Then when I ask for my tire to be checked (which is 5 days old from another walmart) I'm told I have to do a flat repair on all 4 tires or a rotation. I only had one tire showing low pressure!
Went in for a simple tire repair. It'll be about 30 minutes. 45 minutes later. Yours is next. 30 minutes later I get notified it is being worked on. Guess what?... my truck has not moved. 10 minutes go by and it still has not moved. Man at the desk said it was on the rack. I got my keys and left.
3 hours before they close they told me that it was not possible they will take my car to do an Oil change after they took 3 cars in front of me & the worst was is that ACC Coach himself told me that so probably nobody like to work the full schedule maybe better go some other Walmart Auto Care Center this one if the work they way they threat the customer it’s the the worst in all Tx
