For an oil change and tire rotation, it took OVER 3 HOURS. The guy who was doing the tire rotation took 30-45 minutes ON EACH SIDE. If you have other things to do with your day or you have kids, don't come here. Also made me go get my own oil off the shelf for them to do the oil change after they had already pulled the truck into the bay. I was also the second person in line this morning. These techs are literally slower than molasses in winter time. Don't do it. Go literally anywhere else.
2 hours for a simple oil change. Avoid making this same mistake I have.
