Purchased tires and scheduled an installation appointment. Several hours after scheduling the installation, I received a notification that my appointment was cancelled. I called the store and the store said my tires should be in two days max. After calling the store, I was told that my tires weren’t in so I tried to cancel the order to get tires elsewhere, I was told the tires can’t be canceled and I had to call customer service.
