Got oil changed, tech got oil on carpet which happens nearly every time. Also switched from synthetic to regular oil to save money and tech told us we couldn’t do it. We said YES WE CAN. Anybody who does their research knows that is acceptable. They just wanted us to spend more. Last time we use them. Been an automotive customer for many years.
Came in later in the evening (about an hour before they closed) and even though they already had customers in front of me, Dustin went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a new set of tires on my vehicle. Both him and the rest of the team was very helpful and professional, and got the job done in a timely manner!! I highly recommend going and seeing these guy's (and Teresa at the desk) for any and all of your tire needs! Awesome job! I will be back!
They don't even know how to drive stick shift, it took 4 of their staff to figure it out...embarrassing
I tried to buy a set of new tires and an install from here. They couldn't assist me with an instore purchase. I was told I'd need to book online. I purchased the tires online and was given a confirmation for installation. I came in two days later only to be told it was canceled and that I'd need to call their online service. I did and was told to repurchase the product online and that the second purchase would go through. After setting up a time and getting a second confirmation, my appointment was canceled, again.
