Pitiful job showed up at 7 first in line and at 8:55 cancel my app saying they couldn't find a tire!!!! Have people who have no clue about cars working on cars They didnt even put a reason as to why they canceled had to wait in line like my car was ready!!
Brought my oil and filter for an oil change. I told them when I got there I brought my on oil is that going to be a problem? Guy said no problem. I asked them this because I knew from previous experiance how anal they can be about stupid walmart company policy rules. Meaning they want you to buy there oil so they can make a profit of it in the name of company policy. This store has screwed up my car twice. First time they broke a piece under my car when doing an oil change and I had to pay a mechanic to get it fixed. I decided to give them another chance and took my car for another oil change a few months later and they caused an oil leak. Both times the manager tried to shift the blame to me. They refused to take responsibility. This store is the only place I've ever had my car serviced at and I never change my own oil. I would not recommend coming here for auto care. Had the day off pulled up and a friendly helpful team member came up and helped me, I picked up groceries they texted me when they started, finished my oil change and toped off all fluids and checked tires very happy with the service and I drive a standard truck not many know how to drive them but they did
