Requested lifetime warranty on all four tires, Turns out my tires didn’t have the warranty when I went to get one of tires changed.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Tire center didn’t open until 7:30, despite it saying 7 on the website. The employees were less than helpful, in service and trying to deescalate a situation where another customer tried to become violent with us. Walk home before you use this tire center. 0/5 stars but we gotta put one.
I was in town for the weekend when my battery died out of nowhere. I had been out in terrible weather the whole day and was struggling. The guys here were so kind to me. I called a few minutes after they had closed but they let me come anyway (after I jumped my car) to get the battery. They put it in and truly were so pleasant, the mgr especially. (He was in a different shirt) I’m so thankful for all they did and really impressed. Can’t say it enough, thanks ya’ll.
Pitiful job showed up at 7 first in line and at 8:55 cancel my app saying they couldn't find a tire!!!! Have people who have no clue about cars working on cars They didnt even put a reason as to why they canceled had to wait in line like my car was ready!!
Brought my oil and filter for an oil change. I told them when I got there I brought my on oil is that going to be a problem? Guy said no problem. I asked them this because I knew from previous experiance how anal they can be about stupid walmart company policy rules. Meaning they want you to buy there oil so they can make a profit of it in the name of company policy.
