WM Coming from a single mom of 2 teens & team lead of a busy busy medical facility in Amarillo. . Sunday night 3/1/26 about 6:30PM I went to start my car (x2) & it struggled; eventually I pushed the gas thinking give it “juice” it finally started. The little girl I was suppose to have home before 7 was unfortunately going to be a tad late. I live less than 5 minutes away from the Walmart tire center on georgia (4215 Canyon Dr. Amarillo, TX 7911). Go in at 1 for 4 tires. At 3:30 I finally go to counter & as whats taking so long. They couldn't remove my lug nuts (yet I can with hand tools) & I was missing 2 out of 24, so they REFUSED service. Couldn't bother to tell me earlier, text, call earlier. Thats twice in 24 hours this location has been worthless. Did you want your paperwork?....for what!?!?! the LACK of service... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just go to Discount, Firestone, Mavis, etc

The service I received on 9/30/25 for my tires was not resolved at all if anything it got worse. The customer service it self was very poor. I felt brushed off and not taken care of! I will never go back to Walmart auto care service. This is also not the first time I have had issues with the auto care! I am very upset dissatisfied and disappointed!
I went in to have a new tire put on since I hit a nail. I have purchased roadside hazard on all my tires and have been reimbursed on several occasions in the past. Today Todd Vernon, the auto manager, told me that reimbursement in store has never been the correct policy and that I will have to contact the 1-800 Walmart number. He was very condescending and offered no assistance. I will not go back because of the way he acted.
