I went in to have a new tire put on since I hit a nail. I have purchased roadside hazard on all my tires and have been reimbursed on several occasions in the past. Today Todd Vernon, the auto manager, told me that reimbursement in store has never been the correct policy and that I will have to contact the 1-800 Walmart number. He was very condescending and offered no assistance. I will not go back because of the way he acted.
The ladies working the desk were very professional and nice! The shop took care of my oil change in 20 minutes. I appreciate their hard work!
Really fast, reasonably priced, cant beat them in town.
I scheduled a tire replacement and when I dropped the car off I asked to pay for the $2/tire service fee to have the old ones disposed of. When I picked up the car, all four old tires were in the backseat of my hatch. They had been placed against my expensive audio gear, amplifier cables, and pushed against the speaker wall of my subwoofer. There are dirt marks everywhere and the car smells of dirt and rubber now. Pay a lil extra money and DO NOT go here! If you care about quality, they do not provide. I am 39 years old and every time I have ever got a oil change anywhere. I ask them to check tire pressure n fluids. On 12/7 I went in and asked them to check all my fluids n tire pressure n change my air filter. They were not busy. They had one other car in shop and 5 shop guys. After I left there my car was over heating. The radiator fluid was completely empty. I call the manager right away to ask why they did not check as I requested.... read more
