I called 2 days ago and made an appointment for 12:30 for an oil change, an oil change . WELL, THAT WAS A MISTAKE bc they have lunch from 12 to 1, so I was sitting there WAITING !!! They finally got to my car at 1: 45 and FINISHED AT 3. IT TOOK THEM 3 HOURS TO DO A FREAKING OIL CHANGE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WOULD RATHER SPEND $75.00 AT A 10 MINUTE OIL CENTER BC CLEARLY YOU CAN HAVE YOUR OIL CHANGED IN 10 MINUTES !!! Yes, it costs more, but MY TIME IS MONEY !!!!
There is a lady named Cynthia who works in customer service at the Walmart in Pooler. Unfortunately, she has been consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful in her interactions. Her attitude creates an unpleasant experience for customers and does not reflect the level of professionalism expected in a customer service role.
Had an appointment for 8:30 AM. Car wasn't taken back until 9:50 AM. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told "They're on break, they gotta go on break". They opened at 8, and an hour later they just have to take a break? But I guess that's what you get for a $25 oil change.
