This auto center is garbage! Worst service ever!!! Called to set up an appointment for tires and said that I could either set up an appointment or walk in whenever. Come in today and they say they are closing down the auto center since they only have 2 people when I call there human resources they say they are open today, then back track and say only open to appointments. Worst customer service ever, this area has major issues and is leeching off everyone else around it.

DO NOT go to their Auto Center in Pooler , GA. Their delay is out of this world. I had an 8am appointment for my tires install on my truck. It is almost 3 hours and I am still here with no feedback from nobody. Their check-in associate, Sammie, smell like one that just got out of a bar. Their employees reflects the kind of operations that Walmart have here. The two service associates are just wasting more time talking, than doing their job. Carmen at the front desk was absolutely incredible. My friend and I were on a road trip from Tennessee and a piece of wood had gotten stuck in the tire. We needed to make it 6 hours back home. Carmen made sure we got a new tire and were back on the road even though we were a walk in and the shop was fully booked with appointments for the day. She was very kind and even worked through her lunch break to make sure we got taken care of, she was truly a blessing! We would not have made it without her.
