This is the 2nd time this year where I tried to go in for an oil change. They quote me 2.5 hours both times. With only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. This is a poor excuse of service. The employee was nice. Walmart used to be Jamming busy with cars waiting and it still only took 45min-1hour. Walmart is either understaffed or the employees need to be audited. I will not waste my time trying again for an oil change or any other Auto service. Not worth the hassle and disappointment
It is taking much longer for service than they claimed. With an appointment, it has been 2 hours (instead of the 1 hr they originally had told us). Still waiting.
