It is taking much longer for service than they claimed. With an appointment, it has been 2 hours (instead of the 1 hr they originally had told us). Still waiting.
Took my car in for and oil change . I was told 1st that the nut to oil pan was over tightened, and the other reason the COULDNT do the oil change was because the hose to remove oil that only fits my car was broken. Something isn’t adding up . They canceled my appointment at 5:00 pm . I made an appointment for 4:30 and got there early just for them to tell me 40 min later they cant ? Walmart + member here and I always do my oil change here. They are always kind but I realize they are always short of staff. I understand that they are doing the best they can to give great service. I’ve made appointments and I’ve also done walk ins. It gets done in a timely manner and I don’t expect any more. There was just one time they didn’t put all my clips back on the cover and I had my brother had to put zip ties because the cover was dragging. But other than that.
