Michelle was really kind and helped us get a tire changed same day. They were fast and efficient. Michelle made the process smooth and was friendly. She needs a raise.
Harold and Matthew helped me recycle used oil today. They were quick and efficient. Also, super friendly! Will recycle oil here again.
First off all I ask is communication. I showed up at 645. Was the first person in line. I walked around walmart for an hour and they still hadn't brought my car in. They then said we'll we are going to do others before yours. I asked why they didn't communicate that with me and the lady said she didnt need to. She was very rude. I dont understand how you have someone like her working the counter and talking with people.
Got two new front tires on my genesis coupe and they put the wrong valve stems on and I got a flat on freeway and it ruined the new tire, lucky I made it to the Bloomington location and they fixed all the mistakes for free, don’t bring your car here in my opinion they don’t care for your safety or car
