I feel robbed of $6.99. This was the charge for being $1 under the minimum purchase cost for groceries. When I realized and tried to add an item to my order to bring it up to $35 minimum order I just got the AI runaround. Lesson learned the hard way.

I wasn't very happy with the person at Washington at all. I didn't know they started doing appointments. Plus the lady come up ask my husband if she can pop up the hood. I thought was weird. We have gone there be never had this problem before. Plus the same person went around car check it out. I never had no one did that before also. She was weird person. This is the worst place you can come to get your oil changed. I made my appointment at 5 p.m., and when I arrived, they told me it would take a little longer because they were short-staffed. After waiting almost two hours, they told me they couldn't do it because they were short-staffed. I will never come back here again.
