Following a terrible experience at the Bloomington Walmart where they told me they didn’t have any plugs to fix my tire, it turned out my tire needed to be replaced, not plugged! Enter Brandon at the Washington location—he stepped in, took charge, and got everything handled like a pro in less than an hour! He even pro-rated the tire, giving me a fantastic price! Thanks to him, I was back on the road in no time. If you need tire help, Brandon is your guy! 🏁 Thanks again!

BEWARE!!! I read the previous reviews so I decided to go in and ask the manager about them since they do not respond online. I asked for the manager and no one would say who it was, so I talked to Mathew and asked him about what I had read nicely I might add. He just looked at me and chuckled then turned and walked away. I said where are you going and he sculked away. I would advise not untrusting your vehicle with them for anything!
Absolute garbage of a tire shop! They broke my rims while installing my new tire, and take zero responsibility. Heard three other people come in and complain. Save your time and money go elsewhere.
