Arrived at 5pm and was told it would be an hour for an oil change and i agreed to wait, after 2 hours they started on my oil change when asked if i could just come back they next day. They Finally finished and checked out at 7:45pm and went out to my car with oil on door handle and smeared on door and steering wheel. Definitely will spend the extra money to go to a different lube location next time.
Vine hoy a realizar un cambio de aceite, y es increíble que pasaron 3 horas, para que iniciaran el servicio de mi carro, porque hubo cambio de turno y al parecer mi carro lo pasaron por alto, y atendieron personas que llegaron después de mi. Este centro es una desorganización total
Great place for oil change and tire center. Check the location for the best day/time to get the service done. One can be in and out in 20 minutes or wait 45 minutes. I like the fact that their warranty is covered national wide so if I have a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, I know there is a Walmart close
Came in for an oil change on 1/8. 2 hour to change oil!!!!!! Seriously I asked when I pulled in and they said 30 minutes. 2 hours later I was still there. Absolutely don’t go here.
Just one tire. I went to a Walmart service center to replace the right front tire. It took them an hour and a half to replace just one tire. They chatter away and don't seem to pay attention to what they're supposed to be doing. Even though I told the store manager several times they were running late, he said there were only two employees and there was nothing they could do. It's unbelievable.
