Slow as Christmas. Making an appointment is pointless. Techs move like sloths. Spent most of their time on the phone or standing around. My car sat idle in the shop longer than they actually worked on it. Ridiculous.
Tell me why they want me to make an appointment for a simple oil change I had all the infor for my car ready. I did it for 10:30 am and I'm still sitting here at noon at it still not up to the service area of just oil change. So I've had to wait to Grocery shop and it's over 100 degrees I wanted to be hone before the high heat of the day. Thanks for wasting an hour an a half of my time so far. What BS of shop while you wait, my frozen would have been thawed out that's why I haven't shopped yet.
Went here for a flat tire. They “patched it”. Took two hours. Went home and it was flat the next day. Called them and they basically said “sorry about that”. Didn’t offer a refund or even a discount. Go anywhere else.
My dad, a dialysis patient at the neighboring DaVita center, got a flat tire after his session on Monday. On Tuesday morning, we took it to the automotive center at the Tomball Walmart. They ordered the tires that were needed. Today, Wednesday, July 1st, Tim made sure that the tires were replaced by closing time. Arrived at 5pm and was told it would be an hour for an oil change and i agreed to wait, after 2 hours they started on my oil change when asked if i could just come back they next day. They Finally finished and checked out at 7:45pm and went out to my car with oil on door handle and smeared on door and steering wheel. Definitely will spend the extra money to go to a different lube location next time.
