Got my headlights done only $28 for both and they look really good
Good customer service
Three hours of my life wasted. I came two weeks ago for an oil change. Received the text messages that my car was being worked on. An hour later with no notifications (and spending $50 inside the store) I checked on my vehicle only to be told that they didn't have the filter and could not work on it. On the next available day off (two weeks later) I came back and made sure that they had the filter and went into the store to shop while they worked on my car. Took over two hours to change one tire. Saw one of their guys struggling to take the tire off the rim of my wife’s car with the tire changer. Luckily there was a more experienced guy working there that came and took over. Otherwise we probably would’ve been there another 2 hours
The two staff members who greeted me and checked me in were friendly and helpful. There was an error in their system so I had to wait longer than anticipated, but I was able to get some shopping done. Unfortunately, another staff member was not as helpful, but I'm hoping management can improve their check out process.
