Showed up at 6:55 AM for a 7 AM tire install (35” tires that they confirmed they would be able to install). Saw a guy getting things ready outside, so I approached him to ask him which bay he would need me in when they were ready. He cuts me off before I get to the part about having an appointment, telling me, “Sorry we don’t open till 7.” He then proceeded to argue with me saying that I was the one that “started it” being rude.
