They called and told me my truck would not crank and that they would have to jump it off just to get it into the bay for my oil change. Tech said I need a new battery.... Would I be interested in them replacing it for me. I said no thank you. Then I watched him walk right out to my truck, crank it and pull it into the bay. A week later and it's still cranking just fine. Don't appreciate them lying to make a sale.

Horrible customer service. They try very hard to talk you out of using their services. Happens everytime I try to come here by the same person who I’m pretty sure is a supervisor. Horrible attitude

Hey, it's Walmart. You might see me write similar reviews about most Walmarts and other businesses that have hundreds and hundreds of locations. They don't have much care behind what they do, but they fill the need most the time. Time. They had what I needed. I got out of that store pretty quickly. I would. I would stress that they could have cleaner bathrooms because I did notice that.

The Techs in the shop are unprofessional and incompetent absolutely horrible customer service and poor leadership no accountability for damaging customers rims and tire sensors not to mention stripping oil drain plugs and putting the wrong oil in cars if you value your time and your vehicle you're better off going some place else
