Have messed up two of my cars! Went in for one time and complained about a slow leak they say was somewhere and that they fixed it🥹 went from a slow leak to not holding any oil at all!!! Furious!!!
They called and told me my truck would not crank and that they would have to jump it off just to get it into the bay for my oil change. Tech said I need a new battery.... Would I be interested in them replacing it for me. I said no thank you. Then I watched him walk right out to my truck, crank it and pull it into the bay. A week later and it's still cranking just fine. Don't appreciate them lying to make a sale.
Horrible customer service. They try very hard to talk you out of using their services. Happens everytime I try to come here by the same person who I’m pretty sure is a supervisor. Horrible attitude
