Their eyeglass lenses distributed to Eyetown in Utah are not only terrible, but from an engineering standpoint they are poor designs. Despite taking extraordinary care of my glasses for 18 months, seeing clearly now is nearly impossible. Walman's "scratch resistant" coating option has been more of a hindrance than a help. Walkman will not honor patients warranty lenses!!! What nonsense! Maybe you don’t have to make new lenses, but not honoring customers warranties? Ridiculous! Those customers paid extra for that warranty! I hope your poor business practices reflect in reducing your ability to do business!
