extremely professional office. Welcoming staff, top-notch ophthalmologists and optometrists. the optical department was such a welcoming experience and Wendy was So conscientious with several follow phone calls to make sure I was happy with my eye-glass choice.
Staff excellent, but saw two doctors gave me two different opinions. Poor follow up I called about a problem I was having and it has been five days with no response. They sent a link that didn't work. I told them about that.I am disabled and I need to have prompt response at least within 72 hours. It maybe a misunderstanding not sure
On Time. Polite. Helpful. Nice to get a prescription that's cheap AND does to job for bringing down eye pressure quickly and with no problems.
