Highly disorganized and unprofessional. I submitted my files online and called ahead, the person estimated a 15-minute turnaround for printing 8 pages, black and white, single-sided. I showed up after an hour, and not only was the order printed incorrectly (6 pages instead of 8, some double-sided, and some in color), they tried to charge me $5 for it.
