This company totally over priced the job he did for me but he knew I was in need I feel I was taken advantage of the parts alone were no more then 300 and that’s giving way extra I was charged 635 sounds like double and the big ? How did you get the 35 😂 I’m sure that’s not rounded up I didnt want to argue cuz I don’t like bad karma but I just want to say karma is not nice so if this is the situation he will see his karma I hope you sleep well sir taking advantage of people
I've had Wally's out twice now and I'm a big fan. The first time was right after I bought my house and I couldn't figure out why the heat wasn't turning on. Wally's kindly told me I needed to replace the battery on the thermostat (whoops!) and they thoroughly reviewed my furnaced and told me it was in great shape otherwise. The second time I needed to get my AC serviced for summer and they were prompt, kind, and clear about what they were doing and what I should do to keep the AC maintained in the future. Wally’s has been servicing my entire family for years. When ever our system is down he comes that day. The one day I needed him we were having a final walk through in an hour when I went to turn the AC on an Ted came out and had a new compressor installed before the new owners arrived.
I just need some general maintenance, Wally arrived on time, everything checked out ok, provided quick, efficient service, very reasonably priced.
