2 out of 2 times Wally's Carstar exceeded my expectations I've decided that I will no longer be driving anytime during March from now on because once again my car (only 6 months old) was hit in March! Of course I brought my car back to Wally's Carstar because there is no other place I trust and it was a low stress, friendly, and helpful experience! The team there is so incredibly enjoyable and my car looks brand new once again. 2 out of 2 times they exceeded my expectations!
Bad Situation, Great Service Before I begin telling my story, I would like to give a quick thanks to Sherri and Shawn for all the effort they put into making sure my bumper was replaced in a very quick and efficient manner. I own a white 2007 Dodge Charger R/T and somebody decided that it was a great idea to tap my rear bumper (taking off a lot of paint near my license plate) and not even have the decency to leave their insurance information. Pass on this place! Sloppy work, cheap parts, rude manager. Tried to fix my car twice and it was a joke. Took it to another shop & they did an awesome job the 1st time.
2000 Acura TL, laguna grey This shop is near my house and its carstar so i though they would do a good job. The service is cocky and once i got there to pick up my car the bumper lip was not the one that matches the whole car design, they used stock and i have the aero kit. the color of the bumper didn't match the hood, or the fender, and they blended the lighter color to the original color on a small spot on the pasanger's fender. unbelievable, i was so upset i requested to move the car to another shop to do corrective work... read more
Fine workmanship They delivered on all their promises. Fine paint job, on time, courteous service. It's usually a pain to get collision repair work done, but their customer service was seamless. Highly recommended.
Delays These people do not keep their timeline. Rear bumper and taillight work was suppose to take 2 weeks! but they keep saying there is a delay.Will not deal with them anymore!
