Amazing bagels!! Such sweet staff but the online pickup section of the building is so hot they definitely need A/C. I was waiting for my bagel and sweating I can only imagine how the employees feel.
Great food Terrible service their app was down so I had to call in an order the lady on the phone couldnt even take a simple order without putting the wrong thing every 5 seconds and taking long pauses its all kids working there I expect better from wallys
Great bagels, and I appreciate the pick-up entrance. My only gripe is that there is only 1 door in or out of the pick-up section , gets quite claustrophobic. I recommend they relocate the small ice freezer elsewhere and modify the storefron to have another door. This way people can easily enter and exit in an orderly way
Just wanted to grab a god damn coffee. Line wasn't even much, employees ignored me. After 5 mins or so, called it quits walked out. 30 mins later saw line forming out door.... Looks like just another useless trendy hipster place.
