Was always overpriced for what you got. Looking for the simplest of things and they wanted to charge you around 75% of the price of new. Probably what contributed to their demise.

This is a good place to find an odd part. Their website has always been helpful to me when when I had to search for a specific part. The customer service both on the phone and in person has always been good and stops here have always been very quick.
