Terrible receptionist, very rude. Does not communicate well. Would not schedule for service!
Not trustworthy in the slightest. They charge a crazy amount for parts & labor without prior customer consent. They don’t fix what they charge for & continue to charge the customers for their mistakes. The owner does not take accountability for any of their mistakes nor do the mechanics. They should & will be reported. Go to Tosti’s in Framingham!!
