Wally’s Tires really came through for me. Having unique size tires is not a fun, but a price to pay when wanting to have a fun toy. Called multiple places in the area and Wally’s was the only one that carried the exact tire I needed. Not did they have the tire is stock, but at a super reasonable price. They are my new go to for tires. Thank you, Wally’s!
I came in on a Saturday because one of my tires kept going flat. They showed me that the rim was bent and cracked, causing the leak. They had it all fixed in about 2 hours. They showed me the end result and I couldn't even tell where the crack was initially. It was an excellent fix, and they did it really fast, and for a good price.
At 4:30 on Sunday hit a curb in Rockwall we looked for a nearby place that was open and then we could get a used tire at nearby. WALLY'S got a nice used tire for a reasonable price very friendly and fast. They went Above & Beyond
***BEWARE*** they sold me a bad used tire. I got the tire put on and within a week or two the car starting vibrating really bad. Took it back and the guy said the tire is bad you need another one. I told him I just got this from you guys, he acted like he didn’t care, says theres no guarantee. My first and last time coming to this business. choose another shop like Royse city tire next to Jack In the box. Customer service is way better over there and the prices are decent.
I am here at wally's right now.And I drove to 3 different places that were closed on a saturday, at four o'clock wally's was the only place that was open and willing to help me.They took a look at my tires.They told me what I needed.Didn't give me anything more than that.And quoted me a decent price.I overall got great customer service and very pleased with it.And am truly grateful that they were open and around to help me.Thank you wally's
