Absolutely the worst. I have been trying to change/add my business name to the insurance, and it's been over 8 months, nothing has changed. You email them for something, either they don't get back to you or you have to wait for DAYS if you are lucky just to hear from them. I've been with them for a very long time. Go somewhere else and find a proactive agent
