I had a wonderful experience recently with the team at Wally Blanton. I had- what I thought was- a leak in my downstairs laundry room, coming from the upstairs bathtub. I had actually had two plumbing companies look at this issue previously and neither could figure out where the water was coming from (that was showing water damage on a drop ceiling tile). skilled, friendly & very knowledgeable team Chad & Ted came out on a Sunday to help with some clogged pipes at dad's house witch wasn't an easy job as the house is very old but got the job done! Would definitely recommend to everyone

We had an appointment in which we were given a time window of 10am-2pm. At 2, 3, 4 and 5 WE had to call and each time we were told that the tech was running late due to a job they were currently working on. Beyond their control, I get it but should a customer have to be the one to initiate a new time window? My Wife and I don't believe so. We also both felt the person answering the phone was a bit curt and abrupt talking over us. My techs were very nice, they did a fantastic job with going over everything and were very informative, on what to do and when to call. Over all they were great. Thank you . No more water back up in kitchen sinks.
