Connor and Nolan came out and save our behinds! We had about 3 feet of water in our crawlspace and they were extremely nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Got the job done and new equipment installed and water moved out in a matter of HOURS! Couldn't be more happy!
I am so glad we found this company. Our water went out, just stopped working, at 5pm and Wallys sent out Connor who came out promptly. Not only was our sump pump out, but we found out our well pump shorted too and we had a few feet of water in our crawlspace. The next morning Connor and Nolan came back early and finished both jobs quickly returning everything to service and at a very decent price. We are so grateful and Wallys found life time customers with their excellent service.
Connor and Nolan — both GOOD LISTENERS and knowledge problem solvers. Until these Wally Blanton guys showed up, we had a natural gas detector occasionally sounding off. This went on for many months. Other contractors charged for “service calls” but couldn’t find the problem. Connor and Nolan listened carefully, and based on their knowledge and experience, quickly found and repaired the leaks. Nice work guys!
They got to us quickly when our basement flooded which I appreciate. Sump pump was shot. The quote for a sump pump replacement was astronomical. I paid the fee for the emergency visit but then the price they wanted just for the unit was absurd. Tech was pushy about it when I turned down getting a replacement and their lower offer afterwards was still very high. Felt like our emergent situation was being taken advantage of.
