This place ordered me to pay more money after I already paid a judgement of more than $3000.00 it was for what I consider a slum property apartment called fountain springs off Thomas rd in Phoenix. I had my son living with me and the ac went out and they refused to fix it in the middle of summer. Do not trust these thieves, I bet all of their properties are ghetto. This one for sure had cockroaches and they had to bomb my neighbors and my apartment several times plus there was crackheads everywhere.
