The windows are nice; however, the post-manufacturing process was subpar. Two things: 1) There was a rubbery resin-like substance in many spots on all 5 panes of glass. I needed a razorblade to clean it off. 2) The frame of one of the screens was completely broken and the screen was torn. There's no way it could have been missed at any point of the process, yet it was installed as if nothing was wrong, and no effort to by the installers to call it in. From the first contact with Wallside to the finish I was very impressed with them. They kept me apprised when my windows were going to be installed & what I needed to do to prepare. The installation crew they sent to my home was polite & professional. They laid down plastic to protect my floors & vacuumed up afterwards. The price was very fair. I am one happy customer & would highly recommend ********************** to friends.

The crew that came out and installed my windows were on time professional and did excellent work in a timely fashion I would recommend Wallside to anyone looking to get new windows.
The crew was efficient and friendly. The windows are very nice, however two of my screens have small holes in them.
