It was a long wait time, but well worth it for the install crew they trained! 4 man crew all were courteous and attentive to keeping our house clean during their install process. They laid tarps on the floors of each room as each window was installed, to protect our carpets. Clean and crisp caulking inside and out. We decided to replace our entire house of windows (16) back in September ******************************* late May of 2022 as promised. The crew was efficient and had the windows installed and the house basically cleaned up by 3:30 in the afternoon after arriving around 10 A.M. At the final walk through there were several windows (3) where interior trim was cracked or damaged that I ended up having to repair as well as some painting. Now that the windows are finally installed, I'm very happy with Wallside. The installation crew was great. They work together very efficiently. Due to pandemic related supply chain and labor shortage issues, it took about 10 months from when we signed the purchase contract.
I want to start by saying I love that when I was inquiring about purchase their rep sat down with me and was extremely nice and professional. We talked for almost two hours. I felt very confident choosing wallside when she left. Being installed three days ago, I love the windows thus far. The screens do seem cheap for the price point of $5k, however. I love my new windows and door wall. **** was exceptional, very professional as was his whole crew. Everything was done as you advertised. Floors were covered with tarp, all the outside and inside was picked up, vacuumed up and left as they found it. All my questions were answered. I am very pleased to have used your company and definitely have been telling my friends about you.
The installation crew they sent to my home was polite & professional. They laid down cloth to protect my floors & vacuumed up afterwards. The price was very fair. Everything went well and everyone from beginning to end were helpful and kind. Windows look great and we couldnt be happier. The crew that installed were quick and efficient. I was hoping they would work around the flowers I planted but a few got stepped on, so I would recommend saying something to the team up front if this is a concern for anyone getting an install. Nice window, they blocked the window stops when installing, the guys were great that installed the window, l left 2 voicemails for the the accounting person to call me back and after a week later still have not heard from them. Dont know if I would order again.
