Today was our first and last visit to this dental clinic. My daughter attended for a general clean, which had been discussed over the phone beforehand. I do appreciate that the final cost was lower than quoted — that was a positive. However, the treatment experience itself was very concerning. During the clean performed by Dr. Gavin, my daughter experienced significant discomfort and pain. She has had dental cleans before and clearly stated that this was not a normal experience for her. Dentist appointment this morning, and as usual very happy with the service provided by Rhys. I would also like to give a special mention to his off sider today, Mel, who had me leaving with a smile
I won't go into it that much,but with the cost of living my bills get paid first,now in saying that I don't understand why there isn't a payment plan. Food is up bills up health funds up petrol up,he wanted to take out a old filling and replace with a new one. I learnt many years ago if it's not broken don't fix it. The dentist is very good to me because I have had tongue cancer,if there was a payment plan it would make it easier to go and get a check up,in saying all this a payment plan would make it easy.
Tara was efficient, professional, honest in her opinions and very helpful. After years of issues Tara was a breath of fresh air, thank you. Then to cap it off Mel was extremely helpful at the front dest. A great experiance all round, well done. I will be back
I would like to say a big heart filled thank you to the dentist (can't recall your name, my apologies.), for the way you took care of my hubby Rick this morning. Your thoughtfulness and consideration of his illness and the respect you showed him was very refreshing and very much appreciated. The rest of the staff also deserve commendation for your happy smiles, which is also very refreshing. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
