Today was our first and last visit to this dental clinic. My daughter attended for a general clean, which had been discussed over the phone beforehand. I do appreciate that the final cost was lower than quoted — that was a positive. However, the treatment experience itself was very concerning. During the clean performed by Dr. Gavin, my daughter experienced significant discomfort and pain. She has had dental cleans before and clearly stated that this was not a normal experience for her.
