On two different occasions I have brought my vehicle here and the work asked for was not completed. After replacing my tires I asked for an alignment which was not done, upon the second return I asked for a balance and rotate that was not done. Also the second time returning I asked for a radiator flush that was not done and now somehow my water pump is leaking. Got my F150 in a bit of a jam out in a very deep mud hole in the middle of nowhere! Johnathan Walls showed up with his rollback in shining armor... and flip flops 🤦♀️ To this day, it's one of my favorite stories to tell! Nevertheless, he rescued my truck in less than 10 minutes, all the while decked out in his cuttoffs and flip flops. Now, that's talent! Oh! And the price was very reasonable considering the almost waist high mud and the dirt road he had to find us on!
